Scarlett Amaris is a screenwriter, novelist, director, teacher, and lifelong practitioner working at the intersection of dark storytelling, mythology, creativity, and occult practice.
Her screen work includes Color Out of Space and The Theatre Bizarre, and her fiction and essays explore transformation, shadow, sovereignty, and the strange territories where imagination becomes lived experience.
She created Witching: The Art of Words from the methods she actually uses: ritual structure, dream work, visualization, research, symbolic practice, and the practical discipline required to complete and release creative work.

Before You Begin
Do I need to be a witch to take this course?
No. Strip away the candles and the framing, and what remains is still true: ritual tells the mind that something matters, and visualization is a practical creative tool. Take the psychology and leave the rest on the altar if that is where you are.
Is the course fully self-paced?
Yes. Every module unlocks when you enroll. A week per module is a suggested rhythm, not a requirement.
What do I need to get started?
A project you are willing to commit to, a notebook, and a small space dedicated to the work. A corner of a desk is enough.
What if I want live feedback on my pages?
Your enrollment includes one 30-minute Zoom consultation with Scarlett for a specific problem, stuck scene, or conversation about where your project stands. It does not include ongoing manuscript support.
